A portfolio of five color lithographs executed by Mark Francis at the workshop of Edition Copenhagen from 12 - 17 December 2004 with the assistance of master printer Rasmus Urwald, aided by June Rehak and Peer Carstensen. All five of the lithographs have been drawn by hand and printed from stone by Mark Francis.The total edition comprises 40 portfolios contained in a black linen covered case with colophon:33 portfolios are numbered from 1/33 to 33/336 artist proof portfolios are annotated and numbered “AP 1/6 - 5/6"1 archive portfolio is inscribed "Archive (ed. 33)" whichis reserved for the collaborators and is not for saleAll of the lithographs are signed with the initials, dated and numbered in pencil by the artist, recto.All of the lithographs have been printed to the edges on cream white wove 250gr. Velin d'Arches paper measuring 76 x 56 cm (30 x 22 inches)The first and third lithographs have been printed from four stones. The second and fifth lithographs have been printed from two stones.
