Linocut and woodcut artist; painter of figures, landscapes and townscapes in oils and watercolours; interior designer and illustrator. He studied at Heatherley’s 1913-14 and from 1918 and exhibited at the RA in 1921, in Paris in 1922 and in London at the RBA from 1923 (ARBA 1923, RBA 1925), regularly at the Redfern Gallery and abroad.
