This is the only known contact print
The glass plate negative (PH 207) and six prints are in the collection of the Centre Pompidou, Paris (PH207 (a)-(f)), the sculpture is lost. Baroness Renée-Irana Franchon was the daughter of the French writer, René Maizeroy. She met Brancusi in 1907 and was the model for Brancusi’ s Sleeping Muses.
