BRAFA in the Galleries runs from January 27-31 and we are featuring British paintings and works on paper by Auerbach and Kossoff, and sculpture by Butler, Chadwick and Moore. Contemporary sculpture by gallery artist Sean Henry and Korean artist Kwang Young Chun is included.

We usually start the year with two art fairs: the London Art Fair at the Business Design Centre and BRAFA in Brussels. This year both fairs have produced innovative on-line art fairs which allow us to present the inventory we would have shown at the fairs.

Osborne Samuel contributed to this major exhibition curated by Jacquiline Creswell, the cathedral’s visual arts adviser, to commemorate the 800th anniversary of the foundation of Salisbury Cathedral.

The gallery is now open Monday to Friday and our Modern British exhibition will run throughout September. Look out for some special features which will follow at the gallery; the Sean Henry exhibition will open on November 11th and run until the end of the year.

For several years over fifty of the top London galleries have presented simultaneous exhibitions as part of London Art Week. Until this year we have been unable to participate because the dates clash with Masterpiece.
