British Art Fair was founded in 1988 and is the only fair dedicated to modern British art. In 2018, under new ownership, it moved to Saatchi Gallery whose magnificent museum quality galleries provide the perfect backdrop for exhibiting the best of British art. In 2019, it will take place between 3 – 6 October and you will find over fifty leading dealers exhibiting paintings, drawings, prints and sculptures representing all the important artistic movements of the past 100 years: from the early modernists to the YBAs to contemporary street art, from Francis Bacon, Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth and Bridget Riley to Damien Hirst, Grayson Perry, Chris Ofili and Banksy, Britain’s key 20th and 21st century artists are represented by galleries alongside a curated series of special exhibitions and events.
